It has a quiet porch and is far from the pool to avoid noise. For peace of mind, avoid going to a crowded development with neighbors upstairs and downstairs. As it is a very quiet development, we only welcome families or couples over 30 years of age.

It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.
