This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

Old country house on 2 floors. Located in a hamlet 500 m above sea level and 25 km from Nice. Here, not the luxury of the Côte d'Azur but the charm of the old and the calm. Free public parking. Community-owned grocery store in the village. Beer brewed and sold in the hamlet. All shops in Contes (10 min. drive). Not suitable for people with limited mobility due to high steps.
