The loft is located in the center of Ubrique where you can visit the historic center with its beautiful alleys, the leather museum, the viewpoint route, the Roman ruins of Ocuris or if you want to enjoy its gastronomy and leather shops. Wonderful two-story house in Benaocaz, a beautiful village in the Sierra de Cádiz. Downstairs, it has a living/dining room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, and air conditioning. The upper floor has a large bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm and a built-in wardrobe, another cozy bedroom with 1 bed of 1.35 cm and 1 bathroom with shower plate, it does not have air conditioning. Upstairs there is also a magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the mountains.

During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.
