Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more. Sunnyside Studio is a detached wooden building with its own private patio and entrance. A clean and functioning space for exploring the local coastline and countryside. The sofa bed is king size, so it is suitable for one person or a couple. The studio is equipped with everything you should need to make your stay cosy and comfortable. Situated in the heart of the village and originally built in the 1950's as an artist's studio and recently renovated.

Ramsdale Lodge Studio Annexe

Hi, Ramsdale Lodge Annex is a self contained spacious studio apartment attached to the main house with its own private entrance. We are conveniently situated just a 10 minute walk to the South Bay beach, and a 10 minute walk into town. We have on street parking available outside the property with parking permits provided free of charge. Just to point out there are some quite steep steps to the front of the house.

"THE HUT" a pleasant hide away.

"The Hut" is a garden summerhouse simply decorated with a double bed to sleep 2, it has a small kitchenette to give you independence. It is situated in an enclosed well-maintained garden, with access through the main house, with a downstairs washroom, and upstairs bathroom which are shared facilities. Seating and table in the garden so you can eat alfresco and relax in the evening.

I cannot describe how amazing the views are from my place. The lounge and both bedrooms directly overlook the beach, sea and harbour, you couldn't be closer. With the beach, town and Bridlington Spa all within a few minutes walk you won't be short of things to do. An excellent base to enjoy Bridlington or to explore the glorious coasts of East and North Yorkishire.
