Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Nekoliko stabala kivija čini odličan hlad dok ispijate kavu na prostranoj terasi sa pogledom na more. Smještaj je udaljen otprilike 20 minuta lagane šetnje od Staroga Grada (pri povratku preporuka uzeti javni prijevoz ili taxi). Apartman nema parkirno mjesto te nije moguće parkirati u ulici.

Welcome home in Dubrovnik! You will feel the serenity, the peace, the special ambience, you will feel arrived and relaxed. Our home with our two apartments lies above the Bellevue beach and is 13 minutes walking distance from the old Town of Dubrovnik. It is peaceful and green, near the beach but very central and quiet. Everything you need is in this 56 qm2 apartment. It is perfect for two people or even three and the parking is free in our garden as well.

A bright bedroom is furnished with a double bed covered in a colorful polka-dot duvet. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, while a view of the outdoors is visible. A bedside table is positioned next to the bed, and cheerful wall art adds a pop of color.
