Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Chalet with independent entrance (next to our house) of 17m2 kitchenette, shower room and toilet. WiFi, microwave. Soap, shampoo, sheets, pillows, dishes, hair dryer, iron, filter coffee maker. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Located in a 18th century castle, we kept the charm and authenticity of this quiet place: very high ceiling, antique parquet floor, tiles, alcove for the bed.
