Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Private patio and swimming pool! The property is not suitable for children under 10 years as the outside area is unfenced. Please note that we have 2 medium sized dogs which are confined to the garden around the main house.
