And it is in order to make you discover the Perche, its well-being and our various passions, that we created this cottage. Our rate is 65.00 euros per night, and we rent for a minimum of 2 nights.

This house, which is being restored with love and care, combines the charm of the old (exposed stone, old floor tiles, beams...) and modern comfort. Apart from the antique furniture, everything is new, from the bedding to the household equipment to the wood stove... 2 hours from Paris, ideally located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, it is located in the village of Pin-La-Garenne, halfway between the small towns of Bellême (7 km) and Mortagne-au-Perche (9 km).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions within the area. We are close to the forests of Belleme, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cidrerie, cheese maker, organic vegetable & others..

Bed and bath linens are provided as well as shower gel, shampoo, coffee pod, sugar, salt and pepper
