Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Cozy 1bed/1bath of about 40sqm (430 sf) in the city center of Udine. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (walk up) and overlooks the quiet Via del Sale. The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced a tourist tax for those staying in the city as of 02/01/25. The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.

Simple but cozy apartment, not new, immersed in the Friulian countryside, suitable for anyone looking for tranquility. In a few kilometers you can reach the sea, mountains and river by car and why not, by bicycle. Just a ten-minute drive away, you can also reach the Latisana and Codroipo train stations. The apartment is on the ground floor of our residence, this allows us to always be at your disposal. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

You will find the train station and bus station within a 5-minute walk and just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Lignano and Bibione. Thanks to its location, the apartment is supplied by supermarkets, pharmacies and bars. Within walking distance of the beautiful Tagliamento River, you can enjoy a walk along the river bank.

A genuine stay for all those who choose to relax and leave the stress of the city behind. The favorable central position allows you to reach both the hilly and the seaside area in a short time. Guests can count on an area of 200 square meters where everyone can find an area to spend time alone, or find themselves together with others in the large living areas, designed especially for moments of sharing.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.

EZ Vintage' is located just 100 meters from the center of Cordovado, known as one of the ‘Most beautiful italian village’, rich in history ... like my apartment, furnished with family items or looking for in the ‘flee market, which it will look back on the history of furniture and industrial design from the 1930s to the 70s.

Il Crép

The house is located in a little village in the countryside, at an half an hour driving from the seaside and at one hour from Dolomites; can easily give hospitality to 5 people, suitable for families with children or little groups of people. The Host provides keeping ordinary maintenance for the building and the garden.
