We wish you a pleasant holiday in this villa, which has a bedroom on the mezzanine, with high ceilings and stone architecture. IT COMPLIES with the “RENTAL HOLIDAY RESIDENCE” LAW IN TURKEY and CAN BE RENTED. There is a supermarket, minibus station, restaurants and ATMs 200 meters from our villa. We have a salt system pool, it is a healthier pool system. Oludeniz beach is 5 minutes by car and the Shopping Center in Fethiye City Center is 10 minutes away by car

Villa Toprak is a fully protected villa with a 1.5-story and private pool in Kayaköy, Fethiye. Thanks to the lemon cypress trees drawn around its garden, the interior of the pool is completely sheltered and not visible from the outside. There is a sunbathing area on the grass area of our garden. There are also a vegetable garden and plum trees belonging to the host right next to the house. Our guests can collect fresh vegetables and fruits from here.

There is also a Jacuzzi in the Indoor and Outdoor Pool. The villa is meticulously furnished in a luxurious concept and has a sheltered swimming pool. It offers a wonderful vacation for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. 10-15 minutes to Fethiye Center or Ölüdeniz Center. Private Parking.
