The house is a good starting point for a lot of fascinating hiking trails around the town and the Melnik pyramids, Rozhen monastery ecopath, "Skoka" waterfall and many more. Also 1' walk from cafes, restaurants and bars (in summer) tennis courts, swimming pools. In winter all this is only 5' by car, in the city center where the nightlife is transferred there.

The upper floor has a nice big balcony with a view,inside there is large living room with 2 sofas (1 can be double bed and 1 single bed) a comfy bedroom and 2 beds separate in 2 other rooms (2 single beds) Is perfect for family and for friends since can sleep up to 5 people.
