The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Perfect for a holiday or weekend break for a family of 4 or a couple ( two bedrooms , one room with a double bed and a smaller space with bunk beds). There is a permanent parking Bay ( less than 1 minutes walk) .Plus additional free parking in both main car parks with 2 Electric rapid fast charging bays Dogs are very welcome

It is on the doorstep of the South West coastal path with stunning views and walks across to Seaton and Branscombe. Visit Beer Caves or Pecorama or hop on the bus to Seaton or Sidmouth. This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approximately 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest coast path.
