Air-conditioned studio located in the heart of the cycling and walking trails. Ideal for 2 people + 1 child. 5 minutes from the village, 30 minutes from Mont Ventoux, 20 minutes from the Gorges de la Nesque, the choice is vast... Numerous sports, cultural and relaxation activities (access to the pool). Nature lovers, this is a little paradise. Bike room and parking closed. Studio of about 25 m2 and equipped for 2 people. At the end of the Jules Begnis cul-de-sac, in a quiet location, the studio is separated by a garage from the owners house. You can park at the property next to the studio. The studio is located 100m from the municipal pool and tennis courts and 300m ( 5 min walk) from the center of the village. Very pleasant and refurbished, you can relax enjoying a terrace of 30 m2 and a private garden of 130 m2.
