Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. Georgian grade 2 listed stone built cottage in the historic centre of Pulborough near Southdowns overlooking the medieval church. It retains its old character but has modern amenities and comfort with plenty of space. The large conservatory overlooks the pretty cottage garden with a secluded sitting area. The house is quiet despite being close to the A29 road and is 5 minutes walk from the station and Tesco and footpaths easily accessible. Beaches and Goodwood are within 20 minutes.
