Bedroom: Double bed, small wardrobe, hairdryer, iron&board. The kitchenette: sink, hob, micro/combi, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery. Breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, and milk are provided. Bathroom: shower, w/c, hand basin, shaver/toothbrush socket, towels, and hand soap.

This comfortable private studio has a double bed, ensuite shower room, kitchenette with microwave/grill and fridge, sitting area with table and chairs and TV, small, private outside patio. Free internet and a desk make it good for working visitors. Self check-in. It's 10 minutes walk into town, close to restaurants, public transport, shops, cinema with easy road access to Cambridge, Bedford and the A1. You’ll love my place because it's comfortable and quiet but still close to all amenities.

The Kiln

The Kiln is an annex attached to our house, in a rural location north of Bedford. We bought the house as a probate and have renovated the house plus annex throughout (it was not for the faint-hearted ) but we are pleased with the results ! Importantly, you have your own space, kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom including a spare single bed if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a Nespresso coffee machine. Underfloor heating throughout and your own front door with parking.

A spacious patio with use of our large garden for those warm evenings. Excellent transport links by road and rail. Onsite secure parking.

Our guest studio is a bright, comfortable space with it's own private entrance comprising of a kitchen, bedroom, ensuite and guests' decking area. We are in the historic market town of St Neots on the River Great Ouse. We have a lovely, big park just across the road - beautiful in every season. - An ideal base for visiting Cambridge (by car or bus). - Train station only 5-10 mins walk (London 50-60m, Peterborough, 20m) - Town centre 20-30m walk across the lovely park

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Cafe, take-aways & Co-op are all a short walk from the property. The Country Park is less than a mile. Within easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden.
