Comfortable apartments with 2 terraces and a gorgeous view of the mountains and the city welcome their guests! 2 large beds with comfortable mattresses, a huge sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, cosmetics, hair dryer and washing machine! The kitchen has the necessary appliances: a coffee machine with beans, an oven, a microwave, a stove, dishes, Smart TV and cable TV, high-speed internet, air conditioners in each room. The house has a parking garage with an elevator to the floor. Close to the beach, Old Town, bus station, supermarkets, market, cafes.

A very cosy and bright apartment in the heart of Prčanj, a picturesque village of the UNESCO Heritage Site Bay of Kotor. The apartment offers a panoramic view of the bay (This is just, WOW!) and a spacious private terrace allows you to enjoy the moment. There is a shared swimming pool at your disposal. Free parking is in front of the building. It takes you only 5 minutes on foot to access the waterfront and dive in. There are also various authentic restaurants and a shop within walking distance.

The highlight of this studio is definitely the terrace. furnished with a lounge, sunbeds, and a hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy it as the whole terrace is covered. There is no sofa inside the apartment as we believe it is more beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views.
