Gemütliche und helle Ferienwohnung, in Bubach an der Naab, mit schönem Garten inkl. Grillplatz und einer Außendusche mit Warmwasser. In der Nähe sind viele Wassersportarten wie z.B. Tauchen, SUP, Windsurfen, Wakeboarden möglich oder einfach nur Baden, Wandern und Radfahren. Die Nähe zur Naab macht es auch für Angler sehr attraktiv. Ein Landgasthof mit schönem Biergarten befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Die gute Lage lädt auch ein, Regensburg und den Künstlerort Kallmünz zu besuchen.

This newly renovated two-room apartment is located near the Weiden Süd motorway exit. After the entrance area you get directly into the apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. In the living area there is a sofa bed. A dining table with three chairs is also available. In the bedroom, in addition to the 1.80x2.0m bed, there is a wardrobe and a clothes rack. In the bathroom there is also a bathtub in addition to the shower. The guest parking lot is on the property.

Comfortable apartment in natural surroundings

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. Der kleine Weiher neben dem Haus lädt zu Beobachtungen in der Natur ein. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
