Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Le Grenier sur l'Eau 5* – Saint-Malo

Relax in this quiet, elegant and atypical accommodation, located under the roofs of the residence "in Fleur de Rance". 2 closed beds constitute the intimate rooms of this apartment. One of them hangs above the spa, like a levitating wooden hut. A sofa bed completes the sleeping in the living room where the glazed floor overlooks the pool water. The wide triangular bays offer a nice view of the garden. The kitchen opens onto a beautiful terrace facing south.
