Take a break in the countryside in this pretty little peaceful and central apartment: 20 min from Saint Gilles CDV, 30 min from Les Sables d'Olonne, 50 min from Noirmoutier and 1 hour from Puy du Fou. Independent accommodation located 5 minutes from the city center and all its amenities. Parking space available. Linens and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning is at your expense. The €12 charged at the time of booking is required for the management of the linen and the disinfection of the accommodation.

Studio indépendant de 27 m2 situé dans un parc arboré et paisible. Nous tenons a préciser que la chambre est en Mezzanine avec un accès escalier assez pentu (voir photo ci jointe). Possibilité de se promener autour d'un vaste étang ou nous mettons une barque à disposition pour un moment de détente au calme sur l'eau. A 3 min en voiture de Beaulieu sous la Roche (boulangerie, supérette...), 25 min des Sables d'Olonne et de ses plages, 1h du Puy du fou et accès au Chemin du GR aux portes du studio

We are 20 minutes from the first beach of Les Sables d 'olonne and 10 minutes from La Roche sur Yon, 50 minutes from Puy du Fou. A rare gem in the heart of the Vendee.
