We are 20 minutes from the first beach of Les Sables d 'olonne and 10 minutes from La Roche sur Yon, 50 minutes from Puy du Fou. A rare gem in the heart of the Vendee.

Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a wooded and peaceful park. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility of walking around a large pond or we provide a boat for a relaxing moment on the water. 3 min drive to Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, supermarket...), 25 min to Les Sables d'Olonne and its beaches, 1 hour to Puy du Fou and access to the Chemin du GR at the doors of the studio
