Pleasant charming cottage completely renovated 40m2 quietly located at the end of a garden. Great place to stay for a small family. All you have to do is put your bags down in this tastefully renovated, air-conditioned place. The maisonette is 200 meters from the center of Bénesse Maremne. All amenities are reached by foot. A cycle path connects Bénesse Maremne to Capbreton / Hossegor / Seignosse. Feel free to take your bikes to wander around the area.

The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
