Very good location, 1.2 km from the beach, 200 m from all amenities (Carrefour City, fishmonger, bistro, tobacco/press, bakery, bank, hairdresser, restaurants).

Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.
