The apartment is located in Alsancak, the liveliest and most popular district of Izmir, within a 5-10 minutes walk to shoreline (Kordon), the bazaar , all cafes, pubs and restaurants. You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.

My house is centrally located close to the airport, cafes, bars and most places. It is 1 minute away from Hasanağa garden and bus stops. I am actively renting my apartment. All the furniture is brand new. There is natural gas in every room, there is a water purifier and unlimited fiber internet. I kindly request that you do not smoke inside the house. If you wish, you can smoke on the balcony.
