Built in 1914 for the pregnant widow of 1 of 3 men from Catalina lost in the Great Sealing Disaster, the front bedroom & kitchen feature original low beam ceilings. Named Gold Mine Cove in 1583, the beach as you turn to the bnb is part of the Discovery UNESCO Global Geopark - "Fool's Gold" on one side & 560-million-year-old fossils on the other.
