Situated on its own private island, alongside the Chesterfield canal, beside a working lock. The front faces the lock with its comings and goings of canal boats., all with a friendly crew and a story to tell of their journey. A few private moorings too. The apartment consists of a living space with kitchen and shower room connected to a bedroom. The bedroom has limited head space of just under 2 metres. There is independent access from the rear of the building and no shared space. Access is via a staircase at the right hand side of the house. No food is supplied, but teabags and instant coffee is. Entry is via a keysafe for which a code will be supplied when booking iOS confirmed.
