Die von uns liebevoll renovierte Ferienhütte "Auszeit" ist ideal für Paare, die ungestörte Stunden zu zweit verbringen möchten. Auf der riesigen Terrasse mit schönem Fernblick, Grill und Terrassenfeuer, in der Panorama-Sauna, dem Ruheraum und dem großen Garten kann man es sich gut gehen lassen und die Welt vergessen. Auf eine hochwertige & umfassende Ausstattung haben wir besonderen Wert gelegt. Das Cottage liegt ländlich-idyllisch in einer ehemaligen Feriensiedlung und bietet viel Privatsphäre.

Umgeben von vielen Wanderwegen und wunderschöner Natur bietet es die ideale Ausgangslage, um die Schönheit des Spessarts mit seinen zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Hexenhaus am Waldrand - Fichtelsee

Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

Wunderschöne FeWo 1 in neuem Holzhaus 100m zum See

Morgens in Badesachen zum See laufen und eine kleine Runde schwimmen, danach Frühstück im Sonnenschein auf der Terrasse geniesen um anschließend den Tag im 2min entfernten Strandbad zu verbringen. Abends in die wunderschöne Altstadt von Überlingen schlendern und dann den Abend auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. So oder so ähnlich könnte er aussehen, ein Ferientag in unserer Ferienwohnung am Bodensee.
