The place is in a calm place with fresh air. Parking is free in the yard. There is also FREE WI-FI and IP TV. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes and the beach by car in 4-5 minutes. We live near an area where one can find busses to almost all places in the region as well as cable cars to take you up to see Batumi from above.
