Our garden flat is perfect for a family or a mature group of friends. It can sleep up to four guests (and we've a camp bed that's fine for a child). For larger parties you also can rent the flat upstairs that sleeps another four guests. The flat is in trendy Kensal Rise where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It's a short walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.

A 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and a 10 minute train to Central London. The home boasts a large kitchen diner, leading down to the garden. A living room with a Sky 65 inch TV. 2 bedrooms are situated throughout the home, with a sofa bed in the living room as the 3rd bed option. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a giant firm mattress and high quality pillows and sheets. The dining space opens to the back garden. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits 2! There’s a projector for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors and it’s double glazed.
