You’ll love my place because of the view of the sea from the whole apartment especially from the huge balcony. There are a lots of beaches you can reach in minute or two. The apartment is in the brand new building just few meters from beaches but also has it's own swimming pool, sundeck,fireplace. Brand new interior design by famous arhitect. Calm, cozy studio with balcony, perfect for solo or couple travelers located in the city center, just steps away from basically everything. It is located on the 4th floor with no elevator. The price for first two months is as shown on the web but if you want to stay longer, every following month off season would be 800 eur/month. The loft consists of one open space (lounge area, kitchen and loft bed), balcony overlooking Petar Kružić Stairway (Trsatske stube), and a bathroom.
