We are in Umbria, in the municipality of Gubbio, a few kilometers from the E45. Large open space on the ground floor, with independent entrance and direct access to the garden. Private outdoor area where you can comfortably have lunches and dinners under the stars. Living area with equipped kitchen, sleeping area with double bed and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.

Arco apartment is part of a stone farmhouse named Tranquigliano, that dates back to 1600. In the family since 5 generations, the building has been meticulously restored in 2019 with the care and attention that it is paid to the house where you grew up. The combination of old and modern created a unique, cozy and quiet atmosphere. We run a Cooking School in the same building and, for long stays you'll be our guests for a dinner. We're in the country side of Assisi, right in the middle of Umbria.

Upon arrival, the Guest will find everything needed for breakfast in the apartment. It's perfect for two people. It has a private veranda. Gas for heating not included.
