You will be in the heart of Paris, in a nice 2 rooms of 41 m2, recently renovated, comfortable and very well equipped. You will appreciate the calm of the street, yet located in a trendy and lively area. On the 5th floor with elevator. You will enjoy a large sofa, a very comfortable king size bed and will spend peaceful nights to then start new visits. 3 minutes walk from the Bastille square, 10 minutes from the Seine, the Vosges square and the Saint-Louis island.

Appartement de 25 m2 situé au premier étage d'une maison dans la rue Crémieux. La rue Crémieux est une agréable rue piétonne et colorée. L'appartement est très lumineux. Il est composé de 2 pièces et possède 3 grandes fenêtres. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il n'y a cependant pas de porte entre le salon et la chambre. Il se situe au premier étage sans ascenseur. Au rez de chaussée se trouve un cabinet d'orthoptie qui est ouvert dans la journée.
