Fantastically Cozy,Central

Attic with roof terrace. 10 min. Kloten Airport, no flight noise!! 3 min. to the train station. Bright, quiet, newly renovated. Basement, living room, luxury kitchen with ice cube machine. Good infrastructure. In 19 minutes in Zurich at the main train station. Bülach has everything! Farm shops, Apo.hairdressers, outdoor swimming pool, solarium, drugstore, post office, Coop, Denner, Migro, butcher, Chasi, super gastronomy, cafes, opticians, clothing stores, fitness facilities, cosmetics, etc. To the Rhine 10 minutes, to Jestetten 20. Come in and find out!!

This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. Zurich - City, airport and Winterthur can be reached in 25 minutes by public transport. Ideal place to work and retreat, well-functioning Wi-Fi for home office. Long-term stays possible. Free parking in front of the house, shopping 400 m, restaurant within walking distance.

Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
