On foot you are in 10 minutes in the city center, has a large idyllic park around the corner. Especially in the warm seasons, the private courtyard is the perfect place to relax, work or even eat comfortably. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. The kitchen and bathroom are modern.
