On the furnished balcony you can start the day with breakfast or end comfortably. Bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream shop, bookstore, small indoor swimming pool, butcher and two bakeries with breakfast can be reached in just 1-2 minutes.

Die Lage ist in Bettringen, eine Vorort mit wenige Autominuten nach Schwäbisch Gmünd. Zu Fuß erreicht man Tennisplätze mit einen gut geführte Gastronomie. Im Sommer kann man in der nähe gelegene Freibad entspannen. Bushaltestellen sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine Supermarkt, Gastronomie, Friseur Salon, Apotheke, Volksbank, und Sparkasse sind in der Nähe.

Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Welcome to our apartment under Rosenstein. The apartment was completely newly built in 2019. The very well-equipped apartment is located on the 1st upper floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3-room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Ideal for business people, fitters or small families, the apartment is conveniently located near the B29. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Also Legoland or Schwabenpark are not far away!(About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180x200 and the other box spring bed is 140x200. The owners live on the ground floor! Small two-room apartment to explore the Ostalb or a home away from home while working at Zeiss, Hensoldt, Leitz or what else the Aalen room offers. Wonderful views of the Kochertal with morning sun in the bedroom ☀️ and mists. The apartment is not accessible. It is located in the basement and is accessible via the staircase of the apartment building.
