The apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the three Kaiserberge and nature right on your doorstep. Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The very well-equipped apartment is located on the 1st upper floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3-room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Ideal for business people, fitters or small families, the apartment is conveniently located near the B29. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests.

Welcome in our light-flooded cozy house in a beautiful little village. Perfect for nature and outdoor lovers, the house offers a modern yet cozy style with a fully glazed south side that fills the space with light and allows for a magnificent view of the countryside. An open kitchen, dining room, living room and sunny terrace invite you to relax. With only 20 minutes drive you can reach the cities of Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Heidenheim.

Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. Open living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.

Welcome to our lovingly designed and carefully renovated apartment. The apartment, which is about 45 square meters, has a separate entrance and is ideal for business travelers or short breaks due to its central location. Business travelers will appreciate the close proximity to local businesses such as CARL ZEISS, HENSOLDT or LEITZ. A reserved parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot.

Relaxing in the resort

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

Welcome to the heart of Oberkochen! The bright, modern 1-room apartment is excellent for business travelers or a private short stay on the Ostalb. It offers the full comfort of a hotel room in a private apartment building. Shopping facilities as well as the local companies are within walking distance. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Small two-room apartment to explore the Ostalb or a home away from home while working at Zeiss, Hensoldt, Leitz or what else the Aalen room offers. Wonderful views of the Kochertal with morning sun in the bedroom ☀️ and mists. The apartment is not accessible. It is located in the basement and is accessible via the staircase of the apartment building.
