Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

A beautiful, modern and rustic, low-energy half-timbered house with thatched roof, Moroccan tiles, oak floorboards and clay plaster walls awaits you. For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. The Bodden landscape can be explored wonderfully by bike. And if you feel like it, you can also jump into the water. Relax and forget about everyday life. Fishing lovers will also get their money's worth. There is a boat dock on the Bodden

Der 67 m2 große Gruppenraum kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Hier gibt es eine Sofa-Ecke mit TV, Internetradio, DVD Player mit 20 Filmen, Kicker, Darts, angrenzende Münzsauna (20 Minuten = 2,- €) mit Dusche und WC.

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Erlebe in dieser besonderen und familienfreundlichen Unterkunft wundervolle Momente. Das "Blockhaus Apratment Düne 1" liegt im Ortsteil Dierhagen-Ost, welcher sich nördlich von Dierhagen-Dorf befindet und nicht in Dierhagen-Strand (obwohl am Strand). Hier ist es von Januar bis Dezember, Sommer wie Winter über, schön und erholsam - rustikal, urig und gemütlich.
