Apartment in a detached house, in the locality of Barrabisa, a few km from Palau and a stone's throw from Porto Pollo and Isola dei Gabbiani... the kingdom of surfers! It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, and a kitchen-living room. Veranda equipped with table and deckchair overlooking the mouth of the Liscia river and the Coluccia peninsula. The apartment is equipped with pots and various dishes. Washing machine, TV, barbecue, private road with ample parking. IUN P6656 Tourist tax is in effect.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

The house is 650 m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Only the Macchia separates you from the beach with a view of the two bays of the baia di delphini and the isola dei gabbiani. A private path through the Macchia will take you to the beach in 2 minutes on foot, by car. 3x cleaning per week included.
