Beautiful condo by the ocean shore, full of natural light and great ventilation. Located in the 7th floor of the building the ocean and mountain views are unbeatable. 5 minutes walking distance from the main restaurants and stores. The building has three pools, a kids pool, an adults only pool and a family pool, gym, one padel court and a pickle ball one, snack-bar, resting areas, beach shore, etc.You will feel at home, as the condo has everything that you might need to enjoy your stay.

You will not need to bring anything to cook. The location is excellent. You can easily walk to places of interest, as it is just 400 m from the beach and shopping centers, bars, night centers.
