"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The house overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio, where it enjoys an exceptional sea view, in the tranquility of the Ligurian hills, while being just a short walk from the sea, 500 meters away. It has a garage where the elevator starts that goes up to the second floor, where the kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, and hot tub are located.
