There are three spacious apartments with a beautiful view of the sea and part of the Croatian and Italian coast. On the ground floor there is a larger space intended for socializing and the use of the grill. It is only 4 km from Izola, 5 km from Portorož and 10 km from Koper. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling. Free bicycle storage is available. The Ivančič House also has a wine cellar, Kantina Ivančič, which allows guests to visit the cellar and taste their own wines.
