The sea can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Ideal place for a relaxing and enriching vacation in a privileged location. Please note that the pool is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays until June 30

Very nice app. 1st row seafront (no road to cross, beach 50 m away), 59 m2, 2 terraces, 1 facing the sea 100 m away, the other facing the mountains (Canigou/Alberts/Corbières) refurbished 4 people - 2 double beds, equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, gas plancha, parking + buzzer, nearby restaurants/entertainment/shops 5-10 min walk/aquatic center. Located opposite the Lydia boat. Friendly and kind neighbors. We want nice and respectful people

The house is also equipped with a fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and living room with clack click. Upstairs, the sleeping area with a double bed 160 x 200 and a trundle bed of 90 x 190. Free and closed parking.

My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends. The pool and jacuzzi are unavailable; a prefectural decree does not allow its use. The Eastern Pyrenees are on high drought alert
