Our accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the Zsolnay Quarter, which is the cultural center of Pécs, at a sufficient distance from the noise of the city center, but still close to all attractions. Our apartment is 50 m², its rooms are spacious and sunny, allowing a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. Whether you are traveling to Pécs alone, with your partner or with your family, our apartment is the perfect choice for a quiet retreat, working from home or exploring the city and its surroundings.

It is located in the absolute center of Pécs, a 4-minute walk from Széchenyi Square. You can get what you need within a short walk. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

The Space You can approach the apartment by several local buses, also, there is free parking available in front of the house. It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

Modern, ízlésesen berendezett, (liftes) lakásunk Pécs csendes, egyetemi városrészében található. Közvetlenül a bejárattal szemben SPAR, a sarkon pékség, egy perces sétára több hangulatos kávézó, a buszmegálló alig 100 méterre található, a történelmi belváros kényelmes 10-15 perces séta vagy pár perc tömegközlekedéssel. Frissen, stílusosan felújított apartman a történelmi belváros és az egyetemek (BTK, ÁOK) között félúton, 10 perc sétatávolságra mindkét városrésztől. Az apartman atmoszférája egyedi, minden apró részletét igyekeztünk ebbe illeszteni. Jól felszerelt, Nespresso kávéfőző, vízforraló, mikrohullámú sütő, mosogatógép, hajszárító szolgálja vendégeink kényelmét.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
