Escape to this luxurious apartment just a minute away from two conveniently situated (2minutes away) beaches and gorgeous new Bantry Bay restaurant & deli (Stepbros) We’ll “have you at hello” from the glamorous chandelier foyer through to the nautical-themed master bedroom and elegant lounges. Each room is meticulously styled to combine flair with function - making for a really fun stay. The objective is to surprise & delight Guests to enjoy a unique experience away from home.. Each section of the apartment is themed and styled for function and aesthetics albeit with a slightly playful nature... Downstairs bedroom is Tom Ford-inspired (just in case he would need a place to stay when visiting Cape Town - I remain eternally hopeful...) Kitchen is remnant of Belgium's signature Black & White Contemporary Shaker Style, whilst the open-plan lounge is clearly an ode to Ralph Lauren. Upstairs is Hamptonesque / Cape Cod-ish. Navy & White delight. The Space is filled with Vintage books, good reads, beautiful objet and entertainment essentials. A one minute walk down to the Ocean brings you to the lovely little Saunders's Rock Pool beach for picnics, protected sunbathing and a quick dip in the tidal pool. Regrettably, apartment not suitable for very young children (cute nappy brigade). Kindly note - the Fireplace is to be used with candles for effect only. Designed for lovely fireside effect when lounging in the Love Chairs... Full use of the entire apartment. Just have fun! Privacy for guests alway our departure point. Modern open plan layout enhances the enjoyment of the uninterrupted sea views. Entire top level of house with deck. Access to house directly off own private car parking area. My details will be given so that if their is a need this can be sorted out. I will also be on hand to present the keys to the Villa as well as to show you around. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic noise on Ravine Road in Bantry Bay, one of Cape Town’s most wind-free suburbs. Kloof Street and Victoria Road are nearby, and the beach, Sea Point shops, and the bus station are a short walk away. There are wide walking steps right next to the Villa which lead to Victoria Road and then it is a short walk to the Beach, Sea Point Shops and Bus Station. Very high levels of security are enjoyed along Ravine Road.
