Zen & Modern Style - Quiet, Bright & Spacious.

Situación privilegiada en Avenida San Juan de la Cruz 27, con una plaza de garaje enorme (caben 2 coches), recién reformado y con un estilo moderno, un poco Zen, acertarás seguro. Son dos habitaciones dobles con camas de 160x190 y 150x200cms. Exquisitamente decorado y donde no falta un detalle, incluido un dispositivo Alexa que seguirá fielmente tus órdenes de encender luces o poner música. La WiFi corre a cargo de Vodafone y se nota la altísima velocidad y calidad. Destaca también el silencio.

Perfectamente equipado hasta 6 personas máximo. Es un buen apartamento en excelente ubicación, con acceso directo a la parada del bus, del tranvía y del centro comercial con todos los servicios. Bien situado junto a la Universidad y a un paso de la ciudad de Murcia. Además se accede muy fácilmente en coche por tener la circunvalación al lado.
