The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. Tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and even a small garden also provided within this space.

A lush green landscape features a variety of grazing cows with a backdrop of the ruins of Auchindoun Castle on a hill. Wildflowers in blue, yellow, and white add color to the foreground, creating a serene countryside scene.

The 'Byre' is a luxury self catering cottage within a former barn at historic Parkhead Farm. It sits just 200m from the ruins of Auchindoun Castle and has unsurpassed views to the castle on the hill. Being of contemporary open plan design, it retains the traditional look of the original barn interior with large exposed roof trusses and natural stonework. Underfloor heating provides discrete background warmth and there is a modern wood burning stove to give an enhanced level of cosiness.

A cozy bay window offers an unobstructed view of the shimmering Moray Firth. Framed by wooden panels, the window contains four large panes of glass, while a small potted plant and binoculars are placed on the sill, enhancing the coastal ambience.

Set in a quiet rural location and within easy reach of Aberdeenshire’s many attractions makes it the perfect location for your getaway. Idyllic Bothy with log burning stove

An idyllic 200 year old Bothy located in the North-East of Scotland, some say similar to the cottage from the movie "The Holiday". Situated in a quiet and secluded area of Pitmedden, known as Old Seaton Village. We can provide shuttle services to nearby popular amenities - prior notice required. Dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the property grounds and surrounding area and must not be left unattended in the bothy.

A modern kitchen area features sleek cabinetry and a spacious counter. Three bar stools are positioned at the counter, which has under-cabinet lighting. Stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and oven, are integrated into the design, complementing the light wood flooring.
