Barbecue room where you can make a fire and barbecue if you want. Wood-fired sauna by the house. A great hiking terrain in the area, summer and winter. Possibility to borrow ice drills and fishing equipment if desired. The northern lights are often dancing and are a lovely spectacle for those who have an interest in it. Later in the year you can enjoy the midnight sun which is incredibly beautiful. Wood-fired sauna from September.

The absence of light pollution makes this place ideal for watching Northern Lights dance in the sky. In the summer you can enjoy late summer evenings with midnight sun. On the farm itself, the host operates a modern dairy farm. Here, premium milk is produced in a high-tech barn. There are some chickens on the farm and a cat is also included.

Need a place to stay just for some nights or maybe more? The apartment can be found in Grønåsveien 553, and it's just a 12-15 minute drive to the nearest shops at Storsteinnes. Between September-March there's a lot of Northern Lights activity here, And Aurora Borealis can be seen if the time is right. There's also a local mountain nearby called Fugletind/Nattmålstind , which is very suitable to visit any time of the year. A perfect goal for skiing between february and may.

Nice place, unique nature and northern lights

Large apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, good standard. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. It includes linens, towels, various soaps and possibility to wash clothes. The place is perfect for northern lights watching and nature experiences with proximity to the Lyngen alps. The site is located directly below the northern light belt with little light pollution, 50 minutes from Tromsø. It is recommended to rent a car and we offer a discount deal at Hertz.

Hytte på Ytre Tomasjord med fantastisk utsikt over Balsfjorden. Sitte i jacuzzien å nyte nordlyset eller ta badstu for så å avkjøle seg med et snøbad ! 55 km fra Tromsø sentrum! Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

Spacious apartment in a quiet residential area. Walking distance (2 km) to Storsteinnes city center. Approx. 3.7 km to sports facilities. Very beautiful nature in the area. Perfect for forest and mountain experiences. Suitable for 3 adults. The single bedroom has 2 x 90 cm beds that can stand separately or be put together to a 180 cm double bed. The second bedroom has a 120 cm bed.
