Three bedrooms (one en-suite), a second full bathroom and a spacious living-dining room integrated into the kitchen. Large windows open onto the barbecue overlooking the heated pool, all integrated and designed for sharing. The land continues with a wooded bottom that descends to the stream.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A small house in an excellent setting four blocks from a spectacular beach. It has a spacious deck, garden, grill, and covered parking space. It has a bedroom with a dressing room with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, where there is a sofa bed. It accommodates a maximum of three people, no exceptions. No pets allowed.

Our house is built by us with a lot of love, looking to have light, comfort and large spaces to enjoy with friends and family. We love being able to rent it and that you can enjoy it like us, the place is very quiet, the neighbors are respectful and attentive. It has ample spaces outside and inside, shade, and proximity to the beach. The supermarket is very close, you can walk, as well as the bus stop.

Casa Grande is 400 meters from the beach (with lifeguards, in summer season) and one block from the main street. 200 meters away is a very complete supermarket. The house has a large garden to sunbathe, play basketball or volleyball. Behind the house there is a large grill with a clay oven to enjoy delicious meals. It is a very cozy, spacious and serene house, excellent to disconnect and rest.
