The house is close to the Cammino Balteo and the Strada Francigena. Convenient for the Oratory of the Blessed Emeric or even higher up the Cross of Fana, overlooking Aosta. It is a great starting point for exploring the Valtournenche with Cervinia, the Gran Paradiso with Cogne, the Valdigne with Courmayeur and the Terme, the Grand Combin with Valpelline. Nothing prevents you from visiting Chamonix or Martigny. In ten, maximum thirteen, minutes by car you can reach Aosta Romana and the cable car to Pila.

The chalet is close to the centre and all amenities. Ideal for skiing, hiking, swimming, boats and stand up paddle, climbing, mountain biking and many other fun activities. Chairlift at 10 minutes by foot from the chalet. This is the ideal chalet for a wonderful summer and winter holiday with family and friends.
