Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Beautiful apartment located in the city center of Sens (l'Amande) close to the Cathedral, City Hall, covered market, and various shops and restaurants. [Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Enjoy a stylish experience. Located in the city center, accessible by transport and close to all amenities, the apartment offers a prime location. It is a central point between the cities of Fontainebleau, Melun, Provins and Sens. Paris is accessible by train in less than an hour. At the confluence of the Seine and the Yonne, enjoy walks along the waterfront. The city is also known for being the site of a Napoleonic battle.

Attached to a former 19th century farmhouse, renovated between 2019 and 2021, the house has a kitchen and bathroom each equipped and 2 bedrooms. Private parking and a large, semi-open farmyard, fully furnished in a dining and relaxation area with stone barbecue, complete the house. We provide deckchairs, an outdoor lounge but also 2 adult bikes (size M). Free public parking is 10 meters from the house. Cleaning included.
