It is composed of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom, a large living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine), a small inner courtyard. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, everything is within walking distance, shops, monuments, cinema… A key box will give you independent access to the accommodation. Wi-Fi, easy parking.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
