You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

A holiday home perfect for those looking for a holiday away from the noise of the city, with the sounds of birds, floral scents. You can barbecue in the garden. - There are 2 more houses in the garden, the garden is shared. Since the house is far from the city center, I recommend you to come by car. Phone and internet are not working well, not very suitable for remote workers.

You can enjoy the fun with the whole family in this wonderful place. A unique place for Public Accommodation and Organizations. Very close to Uludağ and Downtown spots with Central Location. A place with no parking problem and all kinds of social space around it. It offers a peaceful and spacious holiday with your family. Any transportation is available. For this reason, we cannot accept unmarried couples on the family site of our villa with regret. Drinking alcohol etc. inside our villa is strictly forbidden.
